In the event of a state of Minnesota government shutdown on July 1st, all MN DVS exam stations will be closed and they will not be able to issue motorcycle permits. If you are planning on taking the “Motorcycle Basic Rider Course” after July 1 and want to acquire a motorcycle endorsement for your driver’s license, we would strongly recommend that you obtain your permit before June 30th. All motorcycle endorsements earned at our class will still be recognized by MN DVS once they reopen. If you do not have your permit and choose to take our class, you will be required to take the riding skills test at the MN DVS exam station.
